    My name is Sergeant First Class Calvin Brown, and I'm excited to be the new Army Instructor for the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps here at

    Yazoo County High School.

    I have proudly served in the US Army for 33 years. As an enlisted member, I understand the value and importance of being the backbone of the

    Army Corps. It is with great enthusiasm that I will be serving as the Army Instructor, working alongside LTC Green to improve Yazoo County.

    High School JROTC program. Our goal is to help our students become better citizens and contribute positively to their community.
