Hello!  My name is Linda Self.  I am excited about being in my fifth year as a math teacher at Yazoo County Middle School.  I completed my undergraduate degree at The University of Mississippi, and my graduate degree at Arkansas State University.  My background includes teaching in Pearl Public School District, Rankin County School District and Madison County School District.  I also served as an adjunct instructor at Holmes Community College in Ridgeland for a number of years.  Math is my passion and my goal is to leave my students with an understanding and appreciation of math in their world.
