Mrs. Jamison is presently in her second year as Administrative Assistant Superintendent/Federal Programs Director/Juvenile Detention Center Education Program Director.  She is completing her eighteenth year as an educator serving two of those years as an elementary principal, eight as a middle school principal, and six as a teacher.  Mrs. Jamison received her B.S. in Elementary Education from Jackson State University, M.Ed. and Ed.S. in Education Administration and Leadership from Mississippi College, with post-graduate training from Mississippi National Institute for School Leadership (MSNISL).  Mrs. Jamison is currently seeking her doctorate degree in Education Administration from Walden University.  Additionally, Mrs. Jamison is a member of the Mississippi Association of School Administrators (MASA), and the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD).

Mrs. Jamison is married and has three children; Norman, Kelcie, and Kaleb.  Norman is a 2014 graduate of YSCD and currently attends Mississippi State University.  Kelcie and Kaleb are current students of YCSD.
